Support of arbitral and criminal procedures

 

High qualification and motivation of the STC employees combined with the opportunity of wide involvement of the experts from different organizations for solving special matters led us to be involved in arbitral and criminal procedures.

 

On the instructions of General Office of Public Prosecutor, Transport Office of Public Prosecutor, committee of inquiry at the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, arbitration tribunals and others the STC experts performed plenty of flight examinations on the occasion of aviation incidents and damage of aircraft technology.

 

In the arbitration proceedings the STC experts supported Domodedovo airlines, Kuban airlines, such insurance companies as Moskwa, Lexgarant, Ingosstrakh, Rossiya and many other airlines and companies.
